On 6 July, 2026, the Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 was held with great pride and dignity at the College. The ceremony marked the formal appointment of the newly elected Student Council and office bearers, reaffirming the institution's commitment to nurturing responsible, disciplined and visionary leaders.

The event began on a spiritual note with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an by WajeehaZehra of class VIII-A, invoking the blessings of the Almighty. The Badge Pinning Ceremony followed, during which the Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews, and Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti, conferred badges upon the Head Boy Mohammad SajjadBaqri , Head Girl Aamra Fatima, Vice Head Boy ZarghamHaider and Vice Head Girl Zehra Mehdi.

The Sports Captains, Sports Vice-Captains, Co-Curricular Captain,  Co-Curricular Vice- Captains, Discipline Captains,  Discipline Vice-Captains and Photography Heads were then invested with their badges by the respective teachers. The ceremony continued with the introduction and investiture of the House Captains, House Vice Captains and Prefects of Sir Syed, Tagore, Iqbal and Gandhi Houses. The House Masters, House Mistresses and teachers proudly pinned the badges on the student leaders, encouraging them to lead their respective Houses with dedication and integrity. The badges were also presented to the incharges of the English, Hindi and Urdu Literary Clubs, recognising their role in promoting literary excellence and creative expression within the school.

Following the investiture, Principal Mr Mathews administered the Oath of Office to the newly elected Student Council. The students solemnly pledged to discharge their duties with honesty, sincerity, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility. Addressing the gathering, Mr Mathews congratulated the office bearers and urged them to lead by example, uphold the values of the institution and remain committed to selfless service. Mr Bharti also inspired the students with his encouraging words, reminding them that true leadership is reflected through humility, teamwork and perseverance.

The Investiture Ceremony served as a memorable occasion, inspiring the young leaders of the College to shoulder their responsibilities with confidence, integrity and dedication.
